1. Ending your plan
- Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. A plan is a one-time purchase that runs for exactly the period you bought — 30 days on monthly, 365 days on yearly.
- When that period ends, your account returns to the Free plan. You are not charged again, and you keep access right up to the last day you paid for.
- There is no recurring charge to stop, so we do not offer a mid-period cancellation step. If you do not want to continue, simply buy nothing further.
2. Refunds within 14 days
Digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable for a period you have already used, but we would rather have a fair rule than a strict one. We will refund a charge in full if any of the following applies:
- you were charged by mistake — for example a duplicate charge for the same period, or a charge you did not authorise;
- you ask within 14 days of the charge and have made no substantial use of the paid features;
- the paid features were substantially unavailable or unusable for a significant part of the period you paid for and we could not fix it.
3. What is not refunded
- Periods you have already used, once the 14-day window has passed.
- Accounts closed for a breach of our Terms of Service — for example bulk scraping or attempts to bypass access controls.
4. How to request a refund
- Use the contact form from the address on the account, and include the PayPal transaction ID.
- Include the PayPal transaction ID (or the date and amount of the charge) so we can find it quickly.
- We reply within a couple of business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal; depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please contact us first — a PayPal dispute is slower for you than an email to us. We will not close an account merely because a refund was requested in good faith.
6. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.
