Requirements:
1. Read the README first — tell me which files it generates, what stack it targets, and which runtime version it needs.
2. Generate into a **fresh directory**; don't touch my existing projects. Ask me for the directory name.
3. Install dependencies and start the dev server — paste the real startup log and give me the URL to open.
4. Tell me which files came from the template and which ones I'm meant to edit (config, env, entry point).
5. Finally: how to delete and redo it, and whether the template has an upgrade path.
